Mary Ellen oversees all aspects of the quality and regulatory programs for 12 IFPC and International Ingredient Corporation facilities.
With 26 years of experience in the food, pet food, and feed industries, Mary Ellen ensures that all our facilities, including our 227,000-square-foot SQF Level 3 manufacturing center in Hazelwood, MO, comply with the Food Safety Modernization Act.
She is also a certified Quality Auditor, and was the Certification Exams Chair on the Leadership Committee of the American Society of Quality (ASQ) St. Louis Section from 2009 through 2011.
Before joining International, Mary Ellen received her Bachelor of Science from the University of Illinois in Champaign, IL, and her Master of Science from Texas A&M University in College Station, TX.
In addition to her vast experience, Mary Ellen is also a co-inventor of two U.S. patents and one Canadian patent for animal feed. She is just another example of IFPC professionals who genuinely enjoy what they do.
