Mary Ellen leads the team responsible for overseeing all aspects of the quality and regulatory programs for 12 facilities of IFPC and International Ingredient Corporation.

With 26 years of experience in the food, pet food and feed industries, Mary Ellen ensures that all of our facilities, including our 227,000 square foot SQF Level 3 manufacturing center in Hazelwood, MO, is in compliance with the Food Safety Modernization Act.

Prior to joining International, Mary Ellen received her Bachelor of Science from the University of Illinois in Champaign, IL and Master’s of Science from Texas A&M University in College Station, TX.

Mary Ellen is co-inventor of two U.S. patents and one Canadian patent for animal feed. She is a certified Quality Auditor and served as the Certification Exams Chair on the Leadership Committee of the American Society of Quality (ASQ) St. Louis Section from 2009 through 2011.
