When you need a custom ingredient system, look no further than our top-quality manufacturing facility – Aviator. Our 230,000 sq.ft. SQF-certified manufacturing, storage, and distribution center located in St. Louis, MO has an on-site quality control laboratory for performing analytical and sensory evaluation of raw materials and finished products. Every batch of products manufactured at the facility is tested by the laboratory to ensure they have been made to specification and will perform as needed in the customer’s application.
Aviator is GFSI certified, Vaad Hoeir Kosher certified, Grade A certified and Organic certified by OneCert Organic.
