Carrie Harmon
Because people are a priority to IFPC, it would stand to reason that we wanted the best human resources person in the world to join us, and we found that person in Carrie Harmon.
As Human Resource Director, Carrie is the teammate liaison for all divisions of The International Companies, including the five sister companies, IFPC, IIC, Green Field Solutions, ITI, and TSL Transportation. This task includes 15 facilities and over 350 teammates.
Like all of our leaders, Carrie has a natural interest in her chosen field. She began working with The International Companies as a receptionist while completing her Bachelor’s degree in Magement from Webster University. She also holds an SHRM-CP designation.
In 2006, Carrie was promoted to Human Resources Assistant. In 2010 she was elevated to Human Resource Administrator, before being promoted to Human Resource Manager in 2016, a title she still holds today.
Carrie is accomplished, but more importantly to her – and to IFPC – she is passionate about providing human resource solutions to our teammates so they can in turn can take better care of our customers.
The connection she makes with her teammates motivates her daily, and you will see that enthusiasm when you work with any of our valued teammates.
