As our research and development team leader, An is responsible for new product and process development.
Supported by a team of experienced food scientists, and armed with the latest technology, An helps our customers develop great-tasting products to meet the needs of a competitive marketplace.
Working closely with IFPC’s operations and quality experts, An also ensures that product development efforts are compatible and optimized for the manufacturing capabilities of each individual customer.
Before joining our team 10 years ago, An received her B.S. in Food Science and Human Nutrition at the University of Missouri – Columbia, and her M.B.A. at the University of Missouri–St. Louis.
