What does IFPC need?

We are looking for a candidate to fill our new position of Sales Development Coordinator. This is a new position for IFPC located in Fenton, Missouri at our Corporate office.

The purpose of the Sales Development Coordinator is to:

  • Drive leads that fill the funnel for the sales team
  • Contact 20 Sales leads each week
  • Conduct 3 sales development calls per day
  • Drive referrals and lead customer referral program
  • Attend a minimum of 4 network building events per year
  • Attend a minimum of 4 trade shows per year

Required Education/Work Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • Minimum of 1 year in Marketing or Sales experience
  • Able to telecommute responsibly

Experience in:

  • Entering leads in a CRM portal
  • Delivering monthly ROI report to management
  • Conducting preliminary research of potential clients
  • Conducting follow up telephone calls
  • Following the lead development process


  • Ability to follow a sales process and overcome stalls and objections
  • Ability to manage and direct priorities
  • Capable of online research
  • Confidence in making introduction telephone calls; not texting
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Self-motivator that can accomplish tasks with little direction
  • Experience with Microsoft CRM/NAV, LinkedIn, Teams, WebEx, Constant Contact

  • Work with a team; specifically develop relationships with the sales team
  • Qualify leads that fill the lead funnel
  • Utilize assigned lists
  • Make telephone calls to qualify leads
  • Identify specific ingredients that the potential lead may use

  • Professional phone skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
