Project Coordinator

POSITION PURPOSE:

Plans, and coordinates activities of projects to ensure that goals or objectives of projects are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters.

REPORTS TO: Sales Support Manager

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Coordination of implementation of the online customer portal.
  2. Execute three pricing solution demos that are compatible with our ERP system.
  3. Strong understanding of our CRM system, ERP System, and reporting processes.
  4. Solid internal relationships built amongst functional departments.
  5. Assisting with startup process for MRP system.
  6. Translate technical specifications into clear non-technical requirements.
  7. Coordinating, driving, and ensuring all team members, leadership, and other stakeholders are kept informed of responsibilities and next steps to the given project.
  8. Supporting alignment across the company to ensure consistency
  9. Collaborating effectively with all the cross-functional team members participating in a given project.
  10. Preparing content and supporting details for all relevant meetings, including measures of success.
  11. Drives change as needed.
  12. This individual is responsible for building and embedding best practices in project management across a project lifecycle.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILL LEVEL

  1. 1-3 years Project Coordination experience.
  2. Experience working with the Sales department and IT departments.
  3. College degree
  4. Innovative, Self-Motivated, and Dependable
  5. Relationship management and interpersonal skills
  6. Analytical Skills
  7. Able to problem solve
  8. Has good time management and adaptability
