What do we need? 

We are looking for a candidate to add to our team in the capacity of a Help Desk Technician. This position is in Fenton, Missouri at our Corporate office. 

Are you ready to apply?  Essential duties include: 

  • Provide technical assistance and support for non-technical users for issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. 
  • Assisting the team in providing Level I Support. 
  • Act as an escalation point for advanced or difficult help requests. 
  • Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software. 
  • Install computer peripherals for users. 
  • Respond either in person or over the phone.  Walk customers through the problem-solving process. Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems. Follow up with customers to ensure the issue has been resolved. 
  • Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems. 
  • Build rapport with service desk customers. 
  • Gain feedback from customers about computer usage. 

The person we are looking for will have 

  • Knowledge of advanced computer hardware, including Desktops, laptops, printers, smartphones, and networking equipment  
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience with troubleshooting Windows Operating Systems is necessary 
  • Experience with System Center Configuration Manager and Active Directory. Proficiency with Microsoft including Office and Windows  
  • Basic Ethernet TCP/IP Networking Skill.
