Document Administrator

POSITION PURPOSE
Coordinates, requests, and distributes documents internally, to suppliers, and customers


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Collects, organizes, monitors, and distributes information related to quality and regulatory
This also includes paperwork for distributed items, toll manufactured items, co-manufactured items
Sends specification sign off sheets to suppliers, co-manufacturers and toll manufacturers for completion
Responsible for annually requesting and filing all vendor compliance records
Responsible for supplying necessary paperwork to customers
Files all COA’s for distributed items (manual or scan)
Follows document retention program for all corporate files

REQUIRED TRAINING AND EDUCATION
Experience in customer service and manufacturing required
