Kosher Salt
Is produced by compacting vacuum granulated salt into flat, smooth-surfaced flakes. Yellow Prussiate of Soda is incorporated as water-soluble anti-caking agent. Use in kosher meat and poultry, meal preparation, gourmet cooking, toppings, rimmed glasses, pastes, brining.

Water Softener
Recharging water softeners are compressed from vacuum granulated salt incorporating low, evenly dispersed concentrations of soluble resin cleaning additives. Designed for use in home and light commercial water softeners and other ion-exchange water treatment processes in which sodium chloride is used for resin regeneration. The product can be applied effectively in all designs of softener brine tanks. The formula is neither acidic nor abusive to softener parts and resin. It is compatible with chemicals and specialized resins used in treatments for iron and other foulants. Cleansing additives are thoroughly flushed from the system during resin regeneration.

Potassium Chloride
Is a purified grade of granular potassium chloride refined by vacuum crystallization to meet United States Pharmacopeia and Food Chemicals Codex Standards. The crystals are cubical in form, white to crystalline in appearance and odorless.

This super-fine salt is specially formulated to adhere to popcorn, nachos, potato skins and other salty snacks.

Is selected from chemically purified production of vacuum crystallized salt to meet the standards of the United States Pharmacopeia. The crystals are cubical or granular in form, and the actual purity theoretically exceeds 99.95% sodium chloride, dry weight basis.

Blending
Blending Salt is food grade granulated sodium chloride selected from the middle (table) screen fraction of vacuum pan production. The crystals are cubical in shape and extremely uniform in size. There are no additives.

Fine Prepared
Extra fine screening of food grade, granular sodium chloride crystallized in vacuum evaporators from either raw or purified brine. The crystals are cubic in form and uniform in size. Tricalcium phosphate (GRAS) is added as a free-flowing anti-caking agent.
