Granulated Sugar
Crystallizing a purified and filtered thick juice syrup removed from sugar beets or sugar cane, then dried and screened to produce sugar. White in color, has a sucrose content of no less than 99.85%.

Beet
Comes from sugar beets. Sugar beets are harvested in the autumn and early winter by digging them out of the ground.
