Clayton began his career at International more than 25 years ago, during the summers of his high school years, when he unloaded railcars of sugar at the St. Louis warehouse.
After completing his education, including receiving his B.S.B.A. and his Masters in Finance from St. Louis University, Clayton worked as a research analyst at A.G. Edwards, and rejoined International in 1993. Since then he has worked in a number of capacities, including sales, purchasing, operations, human resources and finance. In 2006 he was named CEO of International Food Products, where he consistently focuses on how the company can better serve our customers.
