You must have a strong desire and commitment to becoming a true sales professional and a realization that you are responsible for your own success.  You should have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, be able to qualify opportunities and close new business over the phone.  You should be able to work independently within a team environment.  You should have a sense of self accountability and be willing to take the initiative to get things done. College degree is a must.  Fluency in Spanish is highly desired.
