Lisa Filkins

V.P. Human Resources

Lisa joined International in 2010 with more than 15 years leading and transforming the Human Resource functions at companies including a start-up, law firms, and a national real estate service firm. Lisa focuses on the needs of International’s employees, so they, in turn, can focus on the customer.

A recipient of the Distinguished Service Award from Southeast Missouri State University, Lisa received her M.A. in Human Resource Development from Webster University, and her B.A. in Psychology from St. Louis University.
