Carl Zimmerman

Director of Flour Purchases

Carl has more than 45 years of experience in the flour business, from trading and sourcing to executive management. Carl was with Cahokia Flour Company for 40 years, where, as president, he led the company’s growth and built its reputation before its sale to Dutch Company CSM nv in 1998.  After the sale, Carl served as director of flour purchasing for Bakemark East. In 2007, he joined International to lead the company’s flour purchases.

Carl received his BSBA from Washington University in St. Louis. He is a member of the National Association of Flour Distributors.
